Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the imprint of this website.
How do we collect your data?
On the one hand, your data is collected when you provide it to us. This could be, for example, data that you enter in a contact form.
Other data is automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g., internet browser, operating system, or time of page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.
What do we use your data for?
Some of the data is collected to ensure error-free provision of the website. Other data may be used to analyze your user behavior.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority.
2. Hosting
External Hosting
We use Vercel, a cloud deployment platform, on our website. The service provider is the American company Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789.
Vercel processes data from you, among other things, also in the USA. We would like to point out that according to the opinion of the European Court of Justice, there is currently no adequate level of protection for data transfer to the USA. This may be associated with various risks to the lawfulness and security of data processing.
As a basis for data processing with recipients located in third countries (outside the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, thus especially in the USA) or a data transfer there, we use so-called standard contractual clauses (= Art. 46. Para. 2 and 3 GDPR). Standard contractual clauses (Standard Contractual Clauses – SCC) are templates provided by the EU Commission and are intended to ensure that your data complies with European data protection standards even if it is transferred to third countries (such as the USA) and stored there. Through these clauses, Vercel commits to comply with the European level of data protection when processing your relevant data, even if the data is stored, processed, and managed in the USA. These clauses are based on an implementing decision of the EU Commission. You can find the decision and the corresponding standard contractual clauses here, among others: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/dec_impl/2021/914/oj
The Data Processing Addendum, which corresponds to the standard contractual clauses, can be found at https://vercel.com/legal/dpa.
You can learn more about the data processed through the use of Vercel in the Privacy Policy at https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Server Log Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources.
The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website – for this purpose, the server log files must be collected.
Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore exclusively based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this, an informal notification by email to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you entered in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.
Orders Placed Through This Website
When you place an order using the order form on this website, we collect the data you enter there: first and last name, email address, telephone number, street, house number, postal code, city and country, as well as an optional message to us.
We process this data exclusively in order to handle your order, to send you an acknowledgement of receipt containing our payment details, and to perform the purchase contract. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract and pre-contractual measures).
Order data is not stored in a database on this website. It is transmitted to us by email and processed from there. We use the mailbox of our email provider united-domains for sending, so the order data is transmitted via their servers.
In the regular order process, only the order number and the ordered product are recorded in the log files, no personal data. If, however, the email delivery fails for technical reasons, the order data required to fulfil the order (order number, time, ordered product, name, address, email address, telephone number and your message) is written to the log files of our hosting provider Vercel. Without this step your order would be lost without either you or us noticing. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in not losing orders we have received. These log entries are deleted automatically after the limited retention period at the hosting provider.
Your order data remains with us until the purpose for storage no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions, in particular retention periods under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.
